Membership Terms

Calendar-Month Membership Period

Flex 4 and 21FC Elite 8 memberships run from the 1st through the final day of each calendar month. Memberships do not automatically carry unused benefits into the next month.

Registration & Payment Deadlines

To activate a membership, contact 21FC before the first of the month or before attending your first membership game of that month, whichever comes first. 21FC will confirm availability and send payment instructions before the membership becomes active.

Game Reservation Requirements

Membership does not automatically reserve a spot in any game. Every member must still register for each individual game through OpenSports.

Sold-Out Games & Capacity

Games are limited by field and roster capacity. Membership does not guarantee a place once a game reaches capacity. Registering early is the best way to secure a spot.

Game Expiration & No Rollover

Flex 4 and 21FC Elite 8 games are valid only within the calendar month they were purchased. Unused games expire at the end of that month and do not roll over, unless 21FC specifically announces otherwise.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations, no-show fees, and suspension policies are covered in full on the Rules, Cancellations & Waiver page, which applies to every player regardless of membership tier.

Late Arrivals

Games begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrival is not guaranteed a spot on the field for that session, and may carry the same fee as a no-show — see the Rules, Cancellations & Waiver page.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a calendar-month membership has been activated, except where required by law or specifically approved by 21FC.

Membership Pauses

Membership pauses are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact 21FC directly to discuss a pause before the next billing month begins.

Player Conduct

All players are expected to compete respectfully and safely. 21FC reserves the right to remove any player from a game or from the community for conduct that violates club standards.

Special Events & Tournaments

Special leagues, tournaments, and private events are not included in any regular membership tier unless specifically stated, and may be priced and registered separately.

Membership Suspension or Termination

21FC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for violations of these terms, club rules, or conduct standards.

Schedule or Facility Changes

Game days, times, and the Sports Domain Academy (SDA) facility are subject to change. 21FC will communicate changes as early as possible.
